For the elaboration of this olive juice, the fruits have been harvested directly from the tree, never from the soil, at their ideal point of maturation and transported in boxes to the millstone, where, through a process of cold extraction, we get finally the extra virgin olive oil FROM GREEN BRANCH.

The production of this oil is limited and all the bottles are numbered achieving a perfect traceability.
